Health
It's natural to ask how a change in diet might affect our health, and it may seem daunting to deviate from the norm in terms of what we eat.
But the truth is that the typical Northern European diet is not good for us – this has been known for a long time. A large number of people eat an unhealthy diet, whereas vegan diets have been shown to be good for health.
Of course, it's entirely possible to have an unhealthy vegan diet too – you could eat only doughnuts and chocolate, so vegan doesn't always equal healthy! But a normal vegan diet can provide all the nutrients you need, as the links below will explain.
